Solo is £39 a month +VAT for up to 2 users and 20 open jobs at once. Core is £129 a month +VAT for up to 5 users with unlimited open jobs, and Pro is £299 a month +VAT for up to 20 users with unlimited open jobs. Core and Pro add a monthly rate for each user on top: on Pro that’s £49 +VAT for an office user and £29 +VAT for someone in the field. Enterprise is quoted against your contract and covers unlimited users. Bolt-on modules are billed separately on any plan. Everything here excludes VAT, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

Yes. Estimark deducts CIS from the labour element only, excluding materials, VAT, plant hire and the CITB levy as HMRC requires, and uses proper 6th-to-5th CIS tax months rather than calendar months. Subcontractors are verified against HMRC when your HMRC connection is set up, with the higher 30% rate applied to anyone unverified. Estimark records your CIS300 monthly return along with its statutory declarations; it does not submit the return to HMRC on your behalf.

Yes. Mark a customer as reverse charge and their invoices carry no VAT, still state the rate they must account for, and show the wording HMRC requires under VAT Act 1994 section 55A. Every invoice stores the net amount, the VAT rate and the VAT separately. That is what a valid VAT invoice needs.

Yes. The Reactive Maintenance bolt-on adds a property register, priority-driven repairs with SLA targets aligned to Awaab’s Law timescales for damp, mould and emergency hazards, an operative diary with appointment slots, and a public portal residents can report through without logging in. Yes. Estimark installs to the home screen on any phone or tablet and has a dedicated field mode for site teams covering jobs, timesheets, site diary, defects, photos, RAMS sign-off, permits and QA checklists, with GPS and QR clock-in. It keeps working without a signal and syncs when you are back in range.

Native apps for both are on the way. Neither is listed on the App Store or Google Play yet, so there is nothing to install from a store today, and the web app installed to the home screen is what runs on a phone in the meantime. The iPhone app is written in Swift rather than being the website in a wrapper: it holds its own database on the phone so every save is written on the device and sent when there is a signal, opens the camera before it asks for a word when you raise a snag, shows drawings with the snags pinned on them, takes signatures for RAMS and certificates, and carries a single list of the approvals waiting on you across every job.

Yes. Estimark pushes invoices to Xero, QuickBooks, FreshBooks and Sage Business Cloud, and pulls payment status back automatically each day so an invoice paid in your accounts shows as paid in Estimark.

RAMS with version control and per-operative sign-off, site inductions, toolbox talks, near-miss and safety observation reporting, permits to work, COSHH, asbestos registers, accident reporting, CDM and F10 notifications, and a live fire-register muster roll of who is on site. Site access can be gated so an operative cannot clock on without a valid induction, an in-date CSCS card and a signed current RAMS.

Yes. An accident investigation carries its RIDDOR category, cited to the regulation behind it: death, specified injury, over seven days off work, dangerous occurrence, occupational disease, or a non-worker taken to hospital. The statutory deadline runs from the date of the accident rather than the day somebody noticed. That is what catches firms out on the over-seven-day category: it only becomes reportable a week after the accident, but the fifteen days still run from the accident itself, so by the time anyone looks there are eight days left, not fifteen. An outstanding report is chased by email every day until it is recorded as submitted, and the F2508 reference the HSE gives back is stored against the investigation. You file the report on the HSE’s own service; Estimark tracks the duty and the deadline.

Yes, for social landlords in England. Estimark holds a statutory hazard register alongside the repair itself, and computes each deadline rather than asking anyone to type one in: 24 hours to act on an emergency hazard, 10 working days to investigate, 3 working days to give the written summary, and 5 working days to begin making it safe. Working days exclude weekends and England and Wales bank holidays, and the clock runs from the date the landlord became aware, which can be a survey or a contractor visit rather than a tenant report. Deadlines that pass are recorded with the date they passed and stay on the record after the case closes, because that record is the landlord's own evidence of what happened and when. Estimark holds the record and the reminder; whether a landlord has complied is a judgement for the Regulator of Social Housing.

Yes. Estimark raises interim applications with cumulative valuation and retention, and tracks the Construction Act timetable: the due date, the final date for payment, the five-day deadline for a payment notice and the prescribed period for a Pay Less Notice. A Pay Less Notice served after the deadline is refused, because a late notice is ineffective and the notified sum stays payable in full.
