Push an invoice to Xero the moment a job is invoiced, with line amounts declared VAT-exclusive so the net, rate and VAT land correctly. Reverse-charge invoices carry the section 55A notice.
QuickBooks
Push invoices to QuickBooks Online and keep the invoice reference against the job.
FreshBooks
Push invoices to FreshBooks and keep the invoice reference against the job.
Sage Business Cloud

REST API and webhooks
A versioned REST API under /api/v1 with API keys carrying read and write scopes, plus webhooks so another system can react to what happens in Estimark.
CSV import
Bring clients and jobs across from Tradify, Jobber, ServiceM8 or a spreadsheet. Every import previews first — row counts, per-row errors and a sample of the parsed data — before anything is written, and re-running a corrected file updates rather than duplicates.
GoCardless
Direct Debit mandates are managed through GoCardless. Collecting payment from your customer is switched off until funds settle into your own account rather than ours.
Common questions
- Which accounting software does Estimark integrate with?
- Estimark integrates with Xero, QuickBooks, FreshBooks and Sage Business Cloud Accounting. Invoices are pushed from Estimark to your accounting system, and payment status is pulled back automatically each day.
- Does Estimark work with Sage 50?
- No. The Sage integration is with Sage Business Cloud Accounting, the online product. Sage 50 is desktop software and is not supported. Payroll data can be exported in a Sage 50 CSV format for import, but that is a file export rather than a live connection.
- Does Estimark post journals to my accounts?
- No. Estimark pushes sales invoices, and purchase invoices in the case of Sage. It does not post nominal journals and it does not manage your chart of accounts.
- Is there an API?
- Yes. Estimark has a versioned REST API under /api/v1 with API keys carrying read and write scopes, and webhooks so another system can react to events. It is available on every plan.
- Can I move my data across from another system?
- Yes. Estimark imports clients and jobs from CSV and matches column names loosely, so an export from Tradify, Jobber or ServiceM8 usually works unchanged. Every import runs as a preview first, so you see exactly what would be written before committing it.
