Partner programme
Sell software builders actually need. Get paid every month they stay.
Estimark partners are self-employed account managers who sign up construction firms, stay their point of contact, and earn a recurring share of the revenue they manage.
Recurring, not one-off
You earn a percentage of your customers’ subscription revenue every month they stay — not a one-time bounty. Keeping customers happy is the job, and the pay reflects it.
Tiers that reward a book of business
Your rate is banded by the monthly revenue you manage, re-checked each month. Grow the book, move up a band; lose a customer, the band moves with it. No politics, just the number.
The tools are included
A CRM with your pipeline, city lead lists built from Companies House and Google, demo booking links, tracked email, and live visibility of every customer’s subscription — in your own portal.
Clean money
Payouts run monthly through Stripe. Every payout comes with a self-billed commission statement itemising each customer, the revenue base and your rate — the paperwork your accountant actually wants.
Every application is reviewed personally — no automated scoring. Expect a reply within two working days.
Read the detail before you apply
We would rather you knew exactly what this is. Nothing here is a pitch.
What the job actually involves
A day-to-day account of self-employed field sales for Estimark: who you visit, what you say, how long a sale takes, and what you do after someone signs.
How the commission actually works
Recurring monthly commission on the customers you sign and look after: how the rate is set, how it changes after three months, when you are paid, and what the paperwork looks like.
Self-employed, and what that means in practice
Estimark partners are genuinely self-employed contractors, not employees. What that means for your tax, your rights, your hours and your other work.
How applying works, start to finish
What happens after you apply to become an Estimark partner: the questions, the recorded answers, accreditation, the agreement and getting paid.
Questions worth asking
- Is this employment?
- No. Partners are genuinely self-employed and commission-only: no minimum hours, no activity targets, no compulsory meetings, no exclusivity — you may represent non-competing products, use your own equipment, and send a substitute. You trade as an Authorised Estimark Partner, and payment paperwork is handled by self-billing under a signed agreement, so you hold your own UTR and charge VAT if registered.
- Where do leads come from?
- Three places: lists we build by city from Companies House and Google Places, leads you find yourself, and inbound enquiries in your area. Pool leads are claimed by working them — a claim holds while you’re actively contacting the prospect and lapses if you go quiet.
- When do I get paid?
- Commission is calculated monthly on your customers’ subscription revenue, held briefly to cover refunds, then paid by bank transfer via Stripe with a statement both sides keep.
- What do I need to start?
- Sales ability in the building trade’s language, a phone, and the right to work self-employed in the UK. You’ll sign the partner agreement digitally during onboarding and complete Stripe’s identity verification so payouts can flow.
