A help centre with a guide for every screen. Chat is the firm's WhatsApp, with a record kept forever. The chat guides are published. What's new and System status are footer links, not menu entries. The AI assistants answer again, and a company's invoices load. Starting a capture on iPhone no longer freezes on "Which site?".
The customer sends their own pack, and the case names two people. Every firm has a place to talk, and the New button says what it makes.
