Is Estimark a Re-flow alternative?
For a UK civils or groundworks contractor, yes. Estimark covers site diaries, dayworks, forms and attendance from an offline app, and carries job costing, CIS and Construction Act payment applications on the same record.
Does Estimark handle dayworks?
Yes. Daywork sheets are raised on site and feed the job, so labour, plant and materials recorded by the crew reach the valuation without being retyped.
Does Estimark do lone worker monitoring?
There is a Lone Worker module, and it is not a monitored alarm service. There is no 24-hour alarm centre and no BS 8484 accreditation.
Does the app work with no signal?
Most of it does. Work saved on site is written on the device and sent when there is a signal. Signing a RAMS and checking on to site by QR both need a signal, and the app says so before you act.
