You can talk to a person from any page on estimark.co.uk, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm UK time. The person who answers is the same person who answers the phone.

The data processing agreement is in force, and three screens said it was not
Three screens in the product said the data processing agreement was still to be signed. It has been in force since launch and the screens now say so. Settings, then Legal.

Changing your password now signs out every other session on your account, so a device you have lost cannot stay signed in.
