Paying annually when your bank asks you to approve the payment
If your bank asked you to approve an annual payment in your banking app, sign-up carried on as though it had been paid and the subscription later lapsed. Sign-up now opens the bank's approval step and waits for the answer before it says you are in. Settings, then Billing.
The billing screen now says why a payment failed
When a card payment does not go through, the billing screen tells you the reason your bank gave, in words you can act on, instead of a general message. Settings, then Billing.
Support chat out of hours
Outside Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm UK time, the website chat used to send you away. It now takes your message and tells you when someone will reply.
The tender RFI log was headed None
An RFI log downloaded from a tender with no reference was headed None and named after whatever had been typed. The heading now uses your tender's own title and the file is named sensibly. Work, then Tenders, then the tender, then RFI log.

Included seats are included
Core and Pro plans include a number of seats. Those seats were counted as a ceiling and charged from the first person. You can now add as many people as you need, and only seats above the included number are charged. Settings, then Team.
