Where you can work, and where the leads come from

There is no map with your name on part of it. You work where you can get to, and the lead pool is built city by city. This page explains how that works in practice and what stops two partners knocking on the same door.

Anywhere in the UK

England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The product is built for UK construction and the buyers are here; we do not take partners working outside it.

Work a radius you can drive in a morning. This is in-person selling to people who are on site, and an hour each way is the practical limit before the day stops working.

Where leads come from

Three places. Lists we build for a city from Companies House records and local business listings, filtered to construction firms of the right size. Leads you find yourself, which are yours outright. And inbound enquiries from your area, which are routed to whoever covers it.

City lists are swept on request. If you are working Leeds and the pool is thin, we sweep Leeds. The lists are raw material rather than qualified leads: a company name, an address, whatever contact detail is public. Turning that into a conversation is the work.

How a claim works

You claim a lead by working it. The claim holds while you are actively in contact and lapses if you go quiet, which stops the pool being hoarded by whoever clicks fastest.

If two partners approach the same firm, the one with the live claim keeps it. If neither has one, it goes to whoever gets the conversation. We do not adjudicate arguments about who thought of a company first.

A customer you sign is yours for as long as they stay, wherever they are. Somebody who moves premises across the country is still your customer and still pays you.

Why nobody gets an exclusive patch

Nobody is given a postcode and told it is theirs. Exclusive patches sound generous and mean that a partner who stops working still blocks their area, and the firms in it never hear from anybody.

The practical effect is that partners cluster where they live and rarely collide. Where they do, the claim rule settles it without anybody adjudicating.

Questions people ask

Can I ask for a specific city?
You can ask for the lead pool to be swept for one, and it will be. You cannot be given it exclusively, because nobody is given anywhere exclusively.
What if I already have contacts in the trade?
Work them. Leads you bring are yours outright and are not checked against anybody else’s pool. If the firm is already a customer the portal tells you before you spend a morning on it.
Do I get inbound enquiries?
Enquiries from your area are routed to you where there is a partner covering it. There are not many. This is a young programme and most of the volume is what partners find themselves.
Can I work more than one region?
Yes. Nobody stops you, and there is no boundary to cross.
