Photo Management holds a before-and-after pair as a comparison group against the job, each photograph timestamped, in albums per floor or riser, and visible to the client in the portal if you choose.

Quality Assurance holds checklist templates of your own, with ordered items each given a pass, fail or n/a, a note and a photograph, and the completed sheet signed off with a name, a date and a drawn signature.

• A failed item is recorded with its note and its photograph, so the sheet shows what failed and what it looked like rather than a tick that was not given.

NoteThe checklist is yours. Estimark ships no fire-stopping inspection standard, and a template that checks the wrong things passes them just as readily.

A snag is pinned to a location on the current drawing revision. When a new revision is issued, the pins are carried forward for a person to confirm or move, so a snag does not point at a wall the new sheet removed.

• Each snag has a photograph, an assignee and a status that runs open, in progress, rectified and signed off.
• Revisions are held with the one that is current and the date the previous one was superseded.

An RFI is a numbered question to the main contractor or the designer with a date asked, a date needed and a dated answer, and the correspondence log holds the letter or the email that went with it.

RAMS are versioned so an operative signs a specific revision, permits to work cover hot work and working at height, and a COSHH entry holds each intumescent product with its CAS number and safety data sheet.

• Toolbox talks are logged with a signed attendance list, and QR site attendance can be gated on induction, CSCS card and a signed RAMS.
• A payment application carries the cumulative valuation, retention and the Construction Act dates, and the reverse charge is set on the main contractor once. Payment Applications is included from Pro.
• The accreditations of the subcontractors you bring in are tracked with an expiry in Subcontractor Management: CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline, SMAS, Acclaim and the ISO standards among them.

NoteThird-party fire-stopping certification schemes are not on the tracked list, and Estimark holds no golden thread submission. The handover pack compiles the certificates you upload as compliance certificates.
