Estimark’s Fleet Management module holds each company vehicle by registration with its MOT expiry, insurance expiry, next service date, service interval in miles and current mileage, records mileage per trip against a job, and captures a six-point driver daily check with a pass or fail and any defects noted. It is included from the Pro plan (£249/month) up.
What the Fleet Management module does
- Registers vehicles by registration with make, model, year, colour and vehicle type.
- Holds MOT expiry, insurance expiry and next service date as dates, so they can be reported on before they lapse.
- Tracks current mileage and a service interval in miles alongside the date-based service.
- Assigns a driver to a vehicle.
- Logs mileage per trip with a date, start and end mileage, driver name, purpose and an optional job, so business mileage is attributable.
- Records a driver daily check covering oil, water, tyres, lights and brakes, with an overall pass and free-text defects.
- Can be pointed at by a van stock location, so the van holding the stock is the vehicle with the MOT date.

What is a driver daily check and why record it?
A pre-use walkaround check of the vehicle. Estimark records five specific items — oil, water, tyres, lights and brakes — plus an overall pass or fail, the driver’s name, the date, and any defects noted. Keeping it as a dated record is what turns a legal expectation into evidence, and it is the only thing that shows a defect was reported before it caused an incident rather than after.
How does Estimark handle MOT and service reminders?
MOT expiry, insurance expiry and next service date are stored dates on the vehicle, and mileage-based servicing is covered by a service interval in miles against current mileage. Because they are dates on a record rather than notes, the vehicles coming due are a list rather than a memory test.
Does Estimark track vehicles live?
No. Fleet Management is a record system for vehicles, compliance dates, mileage and checks. It does not include GPS telematics, live vehicle tracking or route optimisation.

Which plan includes fleet management?
Fleet Management is included from Pro (£249 a month) upward and with Enterprise, or £19 a month individually on Solo or Core.
Does Estimark include vehicle GPS tracking?
No. Estimark records vehicles, compliance dates, mileage logs and daily checks. It does not provide live GPS telematics or route optimisation.
Can I link van stock to a vehicle?
Yes. A van stock location can reference a company vehicle, so the stock on the van and the van’s MOT, service and check history are the same asset. Van Stock is a £79-a-month bolt-on.
