Step 4 of 6 · Safety
Stay compliant
Health and safety is recorded as it happens rather than assembled the night before an audit. RAMS are version-controlled and signed per operative, inductions and toolbox talks are logged against the person and the site, and near misses, permits, COSHH and accidents all live against the job they belong to.
- 01
RAMS with real sign-off
Each method statement is versioned, and each operative signs the version they were actually shown. A later revision does not silently inherit yesterday's signatures.
- 02
Inductions and toolbox talks
Recorded against the person and the site, with attendance captured at the talk rather than reconstructed later.
- 03
Permits, COSHH and asbestos
Permits to work, COSHH assessments and the asbestos register are held against the site so they can be produced on request.
- 04
Incidents and the fire register
Near misses, safety observations and accidents are reportable from a phone, and the muster roll is live — it shows who is on site right now.

- Estimark records an F10 notification; it does not submit it to the HSE for you.
