Run the job
An accepted quote becomes a job carrying its own budget baseline. From there the job board shows every live job by stage, operatives are scheduled against it, and the site diary records what actually happened each day — weather, labour on site, deliveries, delays. That diary is the record you will want if the programme is ever disputed.

The job board
Every live job by stage, so a supervisor can see what is starting, what is stuck and what is ready to invoice without asking anyone.

Schedule the work
Assign operatives and subcontractors to days. Clashes and gaps are visible before the week starts rather than at 7am on the day.

The site diary
A dated record per job: who was on site, weather, deliveries, instructions received and delays. Contemporaneous records are what turn a delay claim from an argument into a fact.

Variations
Extra work is raised, priced and approved against the job, so it reaches the final account instead of being remembered at the end and written off.
