Capture what happens on site
Site data is captured where the work is, on a phone, and it keeps working with no signal. Operatives clock in by scanning a QR code at the gate, photos are stamped with the time and place they were taken, and everything queues on the device and sends itself when the phone is back in coverage.

Clock in by QR
A code at the site entrance. Scanning records attendance against the job with a GPS check that the person is actually there, and creates the timesheet entry.

Gate site access on compliance
Access can be refused unless the operative has a valid induction, an in-date CSCS card and has signed the current RAMS — enforced at the gate rather than audited afterwards.

Photograph the work
Photos carry the time and location they were taken, group into albums by stage, and pair as before-and-after. They attach to defects, diary entries and RFIs.

Works with no signal
Plant rooms, basements and rural sites have no coverage. Work is saved on the phone and sent when a signal returns — so "save" means the same thing everywhere.
