Step 1 of 6 · Estimating
Win the work
Estimark starts where the job starts: a tender. You record the opportunity, build a priced estimate from your own item library and labour rates, and turn it into a quote without re-typing anything. Nothing is re-keyed between estimating and delivery, because the estimate becomes the budget baseline the job is measured against.
- 01
Log the tender
Client, site, value, the date it must be returned and who owns it. Tenders you have not returned are visible as a list rather than living in somebody's inbox.
- 02
Build the estimate
Line items from your own price book, with materials, labour, plant and subcontract kept separate — which is what later makes CIS deduction and cost analysis possible rather than guesswork.
- 03
Apply your rates
Labour rates per trade, overhead recovery and margin are applied consistently, so two estimators price the same job the same way.
- 04
Issue the quote
The estimate becomes a branded PDF quote with your terms. The client can view, accept and sign it online without creating an account.
